Get Started - Deluxe Package

1. E-MAIL YOUR PHOTOS TO: deluxe@fsboingainesville.com (up to 20). We can also accept cd/roms or hard copies ($5 scanning fee per picture). If you cannot email your photos, please call to make an appointment to drop off at our home office.
2. Include a full description of your property - unlimited text. You can also fax your description to 352.333.2969. Make sure to include your contact numbers and address.
3. SUBMIT PAYMENT (Cost $495.00) - We accept credit card payments through PayPal. Payment must be made before your listing is created. Please contact our offices at 352.333.2929 if you want to submit payment by check or cash instead. Please note there are NO REFUNDS once we have created your ad.
4. CONFIRMATION - We will email you confirmation within two business days once payment has been submitted. Your listing will be ready for preview within 2 business days of us receiving payment and listing details. At that time, we will make arrangements for you to pick up your yard signs, flyers, and home seller's resource kit. There is a $35 deposit required for the use of the sign frame.
5. There are NO REFUNDS once the listing has been created!
