Get Started - Photography & Virtual Tour Packages

  1. Contact our office at 352.333.2929 to schedule your photo shoot. Photo shoots generally take up to 1 hour. Your listing is ready for preview within 5 business days from your photo shoot
  2. Payment is due at time of service. You can either pay online with your credit card (see below) or by check at the time of service. Please make your check payable to FSBO in Gainesville. There are NO REFUNDS once your property has been photographed
  3. Download a Home Information Worksheet to be used to create your online listing. You can either give the completed form to Aaron at the time of your photo shoot or you can fax it to us at 352.333.2969. Please be as detailed as possible. This information is what is used to create your home listing.
  4. A representative will contact you once the photographs have been developed and the Home Listing Worksheet has been completed to go over any details of your home that you want to make sure get added to your online listing
  5. A preview will be available within 5 Business Days of your photo shoot
  6. Yard Signs and Flyers are delivered on Saturdays and Wednesdays. There is a $35 deposit required for use of the professional yard sign stand
